Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their respective states of permanent residence, at the time of entry (the "Entrants"). Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of any of the above (collectively, the "Released Parties") are NOT eligible to participate. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Agreement to Official Rules

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on March 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on April 29, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). One (1) winner will be selected in a single drawing conducted on April 30, 2026. Entries must be received before the close of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win:

Method 1 – Quote Request (2 Entries): Submit an insurance quote request through the Sponsor's website or by calling (813) 761-8881 during the Giveaway Period. Completing a quote request entitles the Entrant to two (2) entries into the drawing.

Method 2 – Free Online Entry Form (1 Entry): Submit a free entry form online through the Sponsor's website without obtaining a quote. This method entitles the Entrant to one (1) entry into the drawing. No purchase is required.

All entries must include a valid email address and a valid U.S. mobile or landline phone number. VoIP, temporary, or virtual phone numbers are not accepted and will result in disqualification of the entry. Entrants are solely responsible for providing accurate contact information; the Sponsor is not responsible for any prize or notification that cannot be delivered due to invalid or inaccurate contact details.

Limit two (2) total entries per person regardless of entry method. An Entrant who submits a quote request and also submits a free online entry form will receive a maximum of two (2) entries combined. Duplicate entries beyond this limit will be disqualified. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. Entries originating from third-party sites, commercial giveaway services, or entering service platforms will be declared invalid and disqualified. The Sponsor's electronic records shall be the official record of all entries received and shall be final and binding in the event of any dispute regarding entry counts or timing. Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, or undelivered entries.

Data and Privacy

All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address, and other information for the sole purpose of administering this Giveaway and, where applicable, for insurance-related communications. By entering and providing their contact information, Entrants acknowledge their automatic opt-in to the Sponsor's email communications. All subsequent emails from the Sponsor will include an unsubscribe/opt-out option.

Drawing and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected on April 30, 2026, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Upon selection, the potential winner will be sent an electronic gift card (eGift Card) notification email. If the eGift Card is not claimed within two (2) business days of issuance, it will be cancelled and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries in a new random drawing. This process will repeat until a winner successfully claims the Prize. All eGift Cards are subject to a six (6) month claim window from the date of issuance; winners are responsible for claiming their Prize within that window. The Sponsor is not responsible for any eGift Card that is undeliverable due to an incorrect or inactive email address, spam filtering, or any other technical issue on the part of the recipient.

Prize and Prize Conditions

There is one (1) Grand Prize of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00 USD), awarded in the form of an electronic gift card (eGift Card) delivered to the winner's email address on file. NOTE: Substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is not permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable.

The Winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with receipt of the Prize. The Winner is solely responsible for ensuring their email address on file is accurate and capable of receiving the eGift Card. The Sponsor is not responsible for any eGift Card that is undeliverable due to an incorrect or inactive email address, spam filtering, or any other technical issue on the part of the recipient.

By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the Prize. Where permitted by law, the Winner grants to the Released Parties the right to use their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration.

General Conditions

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part at any time without notice. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a potential violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any Prize, including but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; (iii) errors in the administration or processing of entries; (iv) failure of any email or eGift Card to be received due to technical problems, spam filtering, or an incorrect email address; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Giveaway. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Disputes

By entering, Entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event shall attorney fees be recoverable; and (iii) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Giveaway shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts of Texas.

Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

Miscellaneous

These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Giveaway and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both the Sponsor and Administrator.

Winners List Request
